Service Classification
Since our main core values are flexibility and tailor-made services, we take time to understand our client’s needs and priorities.
It’s at this moment where we do classification and categorization of the services inform of their urgency and need.

Class 1
Class A Category
Takes 30minutes – One (1) hour to respond and maximum of Two (2) to complete the repair of the equipment and back to its full functioning capacity e.g., damaged main door, windows, power blackout, cold chain break downs ie coolers and cold room.
Dedicated to results
Class B Category
Takes Two (2) hours to Twelve (12) hour to respond and a maximum of Twenty-Four (24) hours to restore the equipment to full functioning capacity e.g. electronics repairs like TVs and pantry equipment like kettles and microwave.


Rising above
Class C Category
Takes Six (6) hours to Twenty-Four (24) hours to respond and maximum of Forty-Eight (48) hours to restore to full functioning capacity e.g., damaged chairs, replacement of tiles, paint resurfacing etc.
